In this role, Lilith will focus on defining SilkRoad’s long-term growth plans and product innovation in alignment with its overall goal of enabling people to thrive within a changing workplace. She will work with SilkRoad’s clients and partners to ensure software capabilities and roadmaps are prioritized and aligned with client business strategies. With the modernization of SilkRoad’s products, services and business solutions, Lilith will help guide investments around the best business opportunities for SilkRoad clients and the company.
Lilith brings more than 20 years of experience in talent strategy and business management to her new role with SilkRoad in addition to her established reputation as an industry expert, author and speaker. She joined SilkRoad Technology in 2017 as Vice President of Onboarding Solutions, and prior to joining SilkRoad, Lilith managed the Organization Development Practice at Kaiser Associates, co-leading deep analytical and business performance projects to help top-tier companies succeed against organizational development challenges.
