Robert is the CEO of SilkRoad Technology. Previously, he has served as CEO of Entelo, and as the Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Strategic Operations at Jobvite. Robert has over 20 years of experience leading strategy, scaling operations and raising funding for enterprise SaaS companies in Silicon Valley.

Lilith Christiansen brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to SilkRoad, having established a reputation as an industry expert, author and speaker. At SilkRoad, Lilith’s focus is on defining SilkRoad’s long-term growth plans and product innovation are in alignment with our overall goal of enabling people to thrive within a changing workplace. Prior to joining SilkRoad, Lilith served as Vice President of the Organizational Development Practice group at Kaiser Associates, co-leading deep analytical and business performance perspective projects to help leading companies succeed against organizational development challenges. She co-authored the best-selling business book “Successful Onboarding.” It is one of the first books to outline methodologies for creating strategic onboarding programs on a global scale to unlock hidden values from talent bases.


Brendan Mullins, SilkRoad Technology

Chief Revenue Officer

Brendan serves as Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for the go-to-market team, client acquisition and revenue generation activities. He has over 20 years of experience in building strong revenue teams. Before joining SilkRoad, Brendan was the National Vice President of Sales at Doma, where he built a successful sales organization with consistent revenue growth. Brendan has also held sales leadership positions at TriNet and Paychex. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Scranton.


Patrick Zelten, SilkRoad Technology

Senior Vice President, Global Client Services

Patrick Zelten serves as Sr. Vice President of Global Client Services. He is responsible for our ability to consistently deliver exceptional implementation results and fully leverage our clients’ investment in our solutions. This includes making sure we remain operationally efficient and our Professional Services Consultants are well-equipped and predictably positioned for success at each engagement.

Before joining SilkRoad, Patrick was the Professional Services lead for the America and the Asia Pacific regions at Forescout Technologies where he was responsible for the sale and successful delivery of professional services projects centered around their cybersecurity products. Previously, he grew and matured the Professional Services organization at Forsythe Technology (now Sirius Computer Solutions), leading an organization of skilled consultants and engineers spanning strategy, security and infrastructure domains. Patrick spent the first 14 years of his career at Accenture, where he held a variety of management positions in the Chicago communications and high-tech practice areas.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and previously served as an adjunct professor for Northwestern University’s Masters in Information Technology program capstone course focused on the CIO/CTO’s agenda and enterprise application integration.

Andre is SilkRoad Technology’s VP of Recruiting and Sourcing Solutions. Previously, he was the VP of Customer Success at Entelo. He has also served as the Senior Director of Professional Services at Jobvite where he and his teams partnered with hundreds of global Talent Acquisition leaders to drive measurable ROI from both Product and Strategy. As a leader in the field of TA and Tech, he has spoken both at numerous conferences and webinars such as SHRM, SourceCon, HR.Com, DisruptHR and others.


Kevin Walters

Senior Director, Diversity and Inclusion Solutions

Kevin Walters, is an accomplished DEI Change Agent, Diversity Industry Speaker, Author, Trainer, L&D Leader, and a former Senior L&D Leader at Amazon. He actively participates in DEI & Recruiting webinars, and virtual conferences, and speaks regularly at ERE & SourceCon conferences. Kevin overall has 24-plus years of experience in talent acquisition management, engagement, sourcing, and recruiting.

Additionally, Kevin partners with medium to large companies on impactful ways to overcome unconscious bias, and microaggressions and create equitable hiring practices. His creativity and innovation have provided organizations with effective tools to build underrepresented talent communities. “I am fortunate every day and do something I love. Diversity is not a project for me, it is my passion.”


Michael Lloyd, SilkRoad Technology

Michael Lloyd

Managing Director, International Sales

Michael Lloyd leads the International business for SilkRoad and has built out a highly successful and passionate team bringing great experiences and solutions for SilkRoad clients all around the world.

Michael has spent over 15 years in the Software, Technology and Consulting industries with a particular focus on the success of global organisations. Michael and his team appreciate the cultural, language and economic factors governing the complexity of rolling out successful technology programs that reduce risk and provide ROI back to businesses no matter where they are located.

Michael holds a BTech in Optoelectronics from Macquarie University, Sydney and is an active board member of several grass roots sporting organisations.

Prior to joining SilkRoad Technology as CTO, Ron held positions as CTO at Entelo and as VP of Engineering and Chief Architect at Jobvite. Ron has been active in the SaaS space for over 20 years in multiple domains. Recently Ron has been recognized as a thought leader in Cloud hosting, FinOps, DevOps and Engineering optimization and speaks/collaborates in these areas.


Poornima Farrar

Chief Product Officer

As SilkRoad’s Chief Product Officer, Poornima brings nearly 15 years of experience across product and technology roles. She enjoys grounding product strategy in customer empathy and market understanding in order to deliver innovative products that delight customers. Prior to Silk Road, she held leadership roles at Workday, Salesforce, Persefoni and Alteryx, and contributed to their hyper-growth and market success. Poornima holds a PhD in Linguistics from SUNY Buffalo and BS in Computer Science from Carlow University.

Karl Fruecht

Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Karl Fruecht is responsible for leading the development of short and long-range strategic plans and objectives that influence growth, profitability and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining SilkRoad, he held executive roles in Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Technology and Management and created award-winning programs to drive team-based improvement in sales, process and performance. He brings experience in turn-arounds, start-ups, modernization, and expansion into new markets. Karl is co-founder of Uncharted Learning NFP, which delivers entrepreneurial and coding curriculum in high schools throughout the United States. He serves as President of The DASH to Cure Diabetes, Inc., and has served with Hospice of Northwest Chicago, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington Area Community Foundation and is a Sustaining Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He holds a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University.

With more than two decades of experience in SMB and Enterprise companies, Tina Hurd Winston brings a wealth of marketing expertise to the table. She has worked in multiple industries, including Technology, Professional Services, Education, and Non-profits, and has held Vice President roles with organizations such as Heinemann, National Restaurant Association, Kaplan, and Pearson. Currently, Tina is responsible for building brand awareness and driving customer demand for SilkRoad Technologies across global markets. Her areas of expertise include brand management, go-to-market strategy, product and portfolio marketing, demand creation, digital marketing, and field and partner marketing. Tina holds a B.A. in Marketing from Columbia College and is passionate about aligning Marketing, Sales, and Product to drive business growth.
