  • Analytics: Evidence Based Decisions: David Winter, Senior VP of Product and Innovation at SilkRoad, takes a deep dive into why organizations are starting to rely more heavily on analytics and reporting for strategic decisions. David will examine how this can influence the HR organization and the new reporting capabilities and upcoming analytics for Recruiting and Onboarding.
