It starts from the moment they talk to a client executive and continues through an impeccably presented demonstration and as our global client services team talk with them about their requirements. It continues through their interactions with product specialists, implementation teams, training and support.

We understand that work and life co-exist. When life happens, SilkRoadies can work with their managers on a flexible arrangement, so work gets done and personal needs are met. Some jobs require more structure, but our overall philosophy is that results are what matter most. Our Flexible PTO policy means no time banks or accruals; employees work with their manager on the amount of PTO they take. SilkRoad provides 10 paid company holidays, a paid day off for your birthday, a paid day off to volunteer and 16-weeks of maternity/paternity leave (12 weeks paid). Social events, celebrations, rewards and a recognition program round out the benefits to make work-life great!
